3. Nevertheless the allenthesis used should be built as stable as possible in order to intercept the influencing forces, especially those which challenge the shearing strength of synostosis in spite of anatomic reposition.

Die verwendete Allenthese soll aber trotzdem möglichst stabil gebaut sein, da sie sonst nicht die trotz anatomischer Reposition einwirkenden Kräfte, vor allem die Scherkräfte bei schrägem Frakturverlauf, ausreichend abfangen kann.
